one of the girls in work with me had this problem with her daughter for the prom. she had a dress made to measure on a shop she found on ebay, when it came from japan - she didnt like it. then she walked miles looking. her daughter wanted a dress based on a bond girl - simple, classic but s**y.....she actually had it in tk maxx in the end and it was stunnning - she paid £20 for it. which meant her daughter was able to spend the extra budget money on accessories to accompany it.
