Where can i get the yahoo briefcase in my yahoo mail?

I get it at the front page where they have a list of their yahoo products... if it's not available, click on see all products. And there's the briefcase. Now when you are in the briefcase page, there's a way for you to publicize some of the files saved, or something to that effect. I haven't paid much attention to it. You can copy the link in order to get out of having to go to the front page all the time.
