ebay is one of the only places. it may be possible to order from Konami if u kno the right people. it might cost u more tho.

Shonen Jump, ebay you can get all kinds of card from there love it mine was given to me by a friend i got almost all my cards from friends they are really nice

or maybe try searching through google.com to find some online stores that would carry collectible/rare cards

try different places though. I'm sure some stores would know that yu-gi-oh fans want it a lot which would make the price a little unreal.
