Where can i get this brush?

you see the hearts in thatn image .. that's the brushes i can't find anywere so can someone give a link to download that brush in the image?

That isn't a brush, I'm afraid. That's an artist's Vector Illustration done with Illustrator

Well since you asking for a brush, I assume you have photoshop?

In that case there is no need to download a brush like it when you can make one yourself. Follow the steps following to do so:

1) Open the image in photoshop.

2) select the area that you would like to be included in your brush.

3) Go to the edit menu, and select "define as brush preset".

If you do not like the result you can always use the basic eraser or selection tools to cut out the parts of the image that you want specifically in your brush, then reselect the area and define it as a brush preset once more.
