Does any one know a SPECIFIC hair salon in Los Angeles? I am aware of printing it out and taking it to a local hair salon but im not sure if they will do it right. 10 points to most helpful answer =]

Thats pretty much a shag, with lots of texture and a nice texturized bang. I will tell you if you have a tony and guy, or anything trendy like maybe a paul mitchell, they will know. But for sure if you have a tony and guy in your mall they will DEFINATELY know this cut! Good luck, it should be easy to find a good stylist in LA to do this cut, as long as u dont go to supercuts or something.
