Go to your local walgreens and go to make up section and look for the closed chade of lip gloss that matched the one you like

I would have to say that the girl already has very light colored pink lips. It looks really natural.

I would suggest bringing the picture to the makeup counter and getting help from somewhere there to help you find that shade. It probably has lipstick and then a light lip gloss coat over it.
