  2. I checked it on MP3Rocket, and there were several on there.

  3. Unfortunately Windows Media Center comes only as a built in feature for WIndows XP 2005 Media Center edition or if you have Vista (Home Premium and Ultimate)

  4. Windows Media Center is available at http://www.microsoft.com - it is part of Microsoft Windows, and is not free.
