You should look up costume shops in your city, they might have what you're looking for. Also, if you have a mall around it might have a Hot Topic-- kinda pricey, but really nice trenches.

goodwill usually has some odds and ends or any thrift store for that matter.

try either a second-hand shop or a costume shop. if u have any grandmas or friends that can make it for you that;d be good too.
