Where can i go fishing in south england?

hi i am going fishing soon for 2-3 days but i want to go to a place where i can keep the fish i catch.

any suggestions welcome

  2. all along the coast, and if you catch you can keep, but if small put them back for future fisher people

  3. Where do you plan on going fishing? What town or City? South England is quite a big place!

    Salt or Fresh water? You do not say.

    If sea fishing try any of the harbours, a good indication of whether the fishing is any good in that area is the amount of Charter boats operating - Obviously the more the better. You will be able to keep any of the fish you catch providing they are above the minimum size limit.

    If river, lake fishing - check out the internet for whatever area you are going to - Make sure you get an appropriate permit for any rivers or lakes as you can be fined heavily if caught fishing without a permit.
