Where can i go on holiday in August?

Question

My friend and i are thinking of going on holiday in August for a week- 10 days. We have a total of £1000 to play with, this will have to be our spending money and money for our accomodation and flights. We would like somewhere hot, preferably near the sea. We dont mind roughing it as we are both students!

Where can you suggest we could go? Any ideas for hostels?

Bulgaria!

The beauty of St Vlas is that its location means you can have the relaxing holiday with all facilities you would look for, while the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach is also within touching distance. Transfers to the resort is only 30 minutes from Bourgas airport. Another local attraction is Nessebar which is just a couple of kilometres further round the coast from Sunny Beach and available through boat trips from the marina, this delightful old village is a world heritage site with shops and excellent restaurants overlooking the bay.
