Where can i go to fill out/get an organ donor card?

I havent got a license yet.

Is there no other way?

i live in the uk and they are usually in our post offices and doctors surgerys

That's usually something indicated on your driver's liscense.

Go to http://www.organdonor.gov/  Click on Be an Organ and Tissue Donor.  That will take you to how to register in your state.  I am the recipient of a liver transplant two years ago, thanks to the kindness of my donor, his family, and all who register to donate.
