If you are in high school email the volleyball coach asking for help and they usually will send you the name of somebody that can help, or if in college do the same.

try going to the YMCA or something, maybe you can find a friend who is a good volleyball player and get some tips!

Try to find a camp in your area.  If you go to a YMCA or something you'll get a lot of people who don't know squat about volleyball teaching you the wrong techniques.

If you have a life time fitness around were you live there are personal trainers for volleyball.
