Where can i go to get my four yr olds IQ tested?

go to the education sector of your place. they have IQ testers there or if they do not have any, they wil refer you to other IQ testers.

To Horse:  I beg to differ, my 4 yr old daughter is an accomplished pianist, highly computer literate, and she interacts with adults at a level they can not believe.

and she is also very creative artist. so to say that 4 yr olds are not smart or intelligent makes me think you are not very smart.
