Where can i go to get the best Airline deals online?

Question

i am wanting to fly from san antonio texas to springfield MO in july ! but all the flights i am finding are way up in price can anyone tell me a website to go to that has good Prices? i really cant afford to spend alot on my ticket but my family lives far away!

You will save a lot of money (from $300 to $400) if you fly into Kansas City or St. Louis.  Yes it is anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to Springfield.  You can always rent a car or ask someone to pick you up.   Since Springfield is not a major airport, the price is going to be more.

You  could also fly into St. Louis then take the Greyhound bus from the airport to Springfield. It will be about $60 one way. You have to buy your bus ticket in advance online. They do not sell bus tickets at the airport.

You could always take the Greyhound bus from San Antionio to Springfield, MO.  If you don't mind the 800 mile trip and countless stops in between it will run you about $250 round trip.

You can go to the travel websites but then I would go to the airline's website and check out the price because sometimes the airline has special deals the travel websites don't have.
