You can go to the local libraries of the different city's but I don't think that they have them online, at least not in Texas

Ancestry has some on-line, but you have to pay.

The best way is to go to the high school library. (Or write, sending a donation and a request that they copy specific people from specific years.)

The next possibility is the local history room in the public library.

You can sometimes find them for sale on E-bay, Craig's List, in used book stors and/or antique stores in the town in question.
