  1. Try the playstation NZ website it'll tell you how to repair your psp yourself.  If that doesnt work their website says this:

    "If you have attempted all troubleshooting but are unable to resolve your difficulties, you may have a non functional PlayStation. To reach us, please ring the PlayStation Support Line on 09 415 2447 and a member of our team will be happy to help you (hours of operation: Mon to Fri 09.00 - 17.00)."
