Where can i go to tell everyone how good it feels to be 74 years old and feel great?

I look 74 years old and have no ailments to speak of.

I "line dance ,waltz,2 step" as good or better than people 20 years younger.

Not sure about the answer to that but thanks for telling me!  I look forward to growing up and being just like you, those are my goals. My daughter's friends always want to check my driver's license when I tell them I am 43, they say I am a liar. I love to see their faces when they realize it's true. It's all about keeping active, eating healthy and feeling happy with life.

I exercise, eat right and am an old ballet dancer, so I love to dance as well.  Keeping yourself fit, I believe, is the key to being just like you.  You should be so happily proud of yourself and thanks for sharing!

That sounds like something that ought to be shouted from the highest mountain!  Being able to do all that we want to do physically, regardless of age, is a true benefit of taking care of our bodies!  Way to go!!
