Hi, I’m going to be in fort Lauderdale with my husband on our anniversary weekend, can anyone suggest a good place for us to go? or any activity that is fun and appropriable for the occasion.

I definitely recommend The River House in Fort Lauderdale. I've been going there for years and it's excellent.

The restaurant is in an old converted house right along the Himmarshee River. It has different rooms, and each one is quaint and romantic. You can also eat outside on the patio, under the trees and stars, overlooking the river.

The food is great, along with the wine list. I recommend the wasabi crusted salmon or the braised short ribs. Their steaks are delicious, too.

I would like to recommend Eduardo De San Angel on East Commercial Blvd.

Its Romantic and the food is amazing.

Its Mexican cuisine, there are no burritos.

My Husband and I go there for special occasions be it Birthdays and Holidays.
