The same place he is going to be during deer season, within a mile or two.

You would need to find a private ranch with a private stock of deer.

However, you won't find a big buck today........ because the antlers are in velvet and growing.  You need to wait until early winter.......... like when hunting season opens....... for the larger males to have a full sized rack.
