Where can i launch my complait related to defect in woodland shoes...??

Question

i had bought woodland shoes but there was a defect in the sole. so i approached the dealer for replacement. he had taken the shoes and now two months hav passed but he is not retuning shoes stating different reasons every time. So plz anybody tell me website of woodland or customer care service of woodland......

Raed this article http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Woodland...   I would suggest u to lodge a complaint in consumer court. no hassle no lawyer required for this. give the dealer an ultimatum of 15 days and then if shoes not replaced lodged a complain in consumer court.
