Where can i learn French in Toronto?

I am planning on moving to Toronto in October and although French is not the first language in Ontario i would still like to learn it

Is it possible to take an evening class at a college or would it be pretty expensive

Evening classes or any college classes for that matter are overly expensive.  I'd advise taking either an online course or a computer program course.
