Where can i learn German for free?

is there anywhere online that i can learn german or anywhere that could teach me for free? i am mostly german and i would like to know my heritage better and be able to speak the language. plus theres a hott foreign exchange student from germany over here at my school.

Its not online but if you go to your local library.  They have tapes and books you can check out and learn.
