Where can i learn french?

i've recently moved to ottawa , and i really want to learn french fluently. where can i learn french fluently within 2 or 3 months?

FLUENTLY in two or three months? Not possible my friend, I say go to school take some classes. If not get Rosetta Stone my French teacher's husband learned through Rosetta Stone and he was pretty good at it.

You can't really learn fluent french in 3 months, even in a French speaking region. But don't be discouraged, your progress should be good.  What you need is an intensive course.
