Where can i learn how to out make up on?

i already know how to put make up on, just that i want to learn how to do more thing, like combining eyeshadow, more expect things. is there like webpages or videos?

its simple put mascara as a base under your eye shadow and the eyeshadow over it . it gives you that amazing smokey eye!

Go to any retail store costmetic department, and schedule a make-over with any of the cosmetic lines.  They will be happy to show you any  of the "tricks of the trade" and ideas such as you mentioned.

(*A few recommendations would be "CLINIQUE", "Este' Lauder", "Prescriptives", "Origins" or "Lancome".)

Be sure to call ahead...you want to make sure you can get an appointment. Otherwise, you will may not be assured for a personal one-on-one time.
