The instructions that come with the game are pretty good for that.  Get some friends together and follow the instructions.

Just read the directions from the box. It's pretty easy. You just go around the board, roll dice, buy stuff and charge people rent when they land on your property. When people go bankrupt, they get kicked out of the game and the houses and hotels they own can be used to pay the debt they owe someone and the rest of their property goes back on the market. Then whoever is left, wins.

Like if you have some houses on St. James Street and then you land on Boardwalk where someone has a hotel, you can sell your houses back to the bank for money to pay your debt because your houses are assets.

EDIT: You can vote for the new monopoly cities on the monopoly website. The top 20 cities chosen by the voters will be used in the new "World Cities" version of the game. I voted last week. I should do it again.
