As long there is water, you can learn how to swim lol My uncle learn his swimming skill by his dad throwing him into the water and where he starts to paddle the water to keep his head up and “VaLaaa” he can swim lol

But I suggest you NOT to do that lol Maybe you can try by joining some swimming classes and if not, ask your swimming friends to teach you. Always make sure safety first, if possible, stay near where the life guard can see you.

Go to a local community pool in your area and they should have lessons there. If they don't then they should be able to direct you in the right path!
