Where can i learn to rebuild the top end of my 2 stroke dirtbike?

short of going to motorcycle mechanics school. is their a manual. can someone tell me what all needs to be done/replace. i know how to get to it and pull everything aapart. i just dont know what i need to do to rebuild it.
