Where can i learn to use the machines at the ymca?

is there a site or a youtube video i dont want to use them wrong.

there should be pics on the machines to show you if not you can ask someone there to help you

when u sign up for the gym they have a mandatory session with a trainer (its free) and they talk to u about ur goals. u fill out some paperwork about goals, expectations, physical limits (knee surgery, bad back, etc) and then they figure out what mahcines are best for u. they will take u around and do a total circuit ( session of several machines for a total body work out) and then they will program the machines with ur fitlinxx id (provided ur gym has one... mine does) so u can monitor and track ur progress.

if u need a refresher course then just ask the front desk if there are any trainers available to answer a question and then just say "how do i use this machine properly"

ask someone that works there, they have all been trainined on how to use them.  it is VERY important, to use them correctly as not to cause injury.  They wont charge you for this.
