Where can i listen real radio scotland on the internet?

i have recently moved to canada from scotland and i want to listen to the radio from scotland.is there an internet site that will allow me to tune into this.i have tried logging onto to thier sites but it says that the broadcasting is not available outside the uk.has anyone got a solution?
