autotrader, craigslist and ebay motors are all good sites to go to. http://www.mycarauctionreview.com is also a good site to visit. They have car auction sites you can join that will tell you the year, make and model of the cars they have coming up for sale. You can usually have a couple thousand dollars by going to one.

There are many: eBay Motors, autotrader.com, usedcars.com, craigslist.org, edmunds.com and many others. But you can find cheap used cars at places other than the web. Here's an article that has some suggestions:
