  1. look up-

    pandora

    hype music machine

dont know if u can add songs there but there are no songs...dont know if this helps

  2. Depends upon how much activity you want to put in the station and how long you want to basically tie up a computer and internet connection (Gamer Connection or better is highly recommended)

I have a friend using shoutcast and basically has a windows 98 computer tied 24/7 to the internet to shoutcast to provide content. And he has to have all the content on that computer or one feeding that computer as shoutcast gives you nothing

    But here are some links

But to use someone elses computer as the base, usually you are paying for the service as they are paying for bandwidth and license fees to the music publishers for you such as live365.com

  3. dont know man but if you here anything let me know

  4. Since I do own my own netcast, I can agree with Gearbox.  If you want a set-up like you are wanting, it will not be for free.  If you have ever visited a radio station, it isn't a simple set-up.

You could use Live 365 and just upload a bunch of stuff to the server, however with the whole live thing, that threw a monkey wrench into that idea.  Simply, by wanting to do a live show, you increased your cost in a start-up by many thousands of dollars for a decent set-up, at least in my opinion.  If I were to listen to your station, I would want professional sound quality, a great schedule and good talent at the absolute minimum.  You can't possibly do that for free, sorry.  Bandwidth costs money (eg, 20 slots at 64kbps is USD35 per month), licensing cost money, equipment cost money.  Using Winamp is probably the cheapest way and streaming with Ubroadcast is also the cheapest provider (probably for free), however if you want a professional listenable station, this wouldn't be for you and you will need to give up some cash.
