Where can i make my picture look like a mugshot?

photoshop can do anything....

get a picture of the person.....then a pic of the little thing with the persons name (or you can make one with a new layer)

you can also change the color balance to make it look more yellow...like certain lights...

You can even layer a texture over top of the whole thing to make it look grunge like...

Take a picture of yourself against a solid white background (or black, or blue...).  Whatever it is so that it's easy to get yourself out of it by selecting the whole solid area, then inverting the selection to just having yourself remaining.

Put yourself onto a mugshot "wall" like the one I've linked to below.  Or make you're own.

Search google or yahoo for mugshot photos to get other pieces such as the board to put in front of you with your name.
