he lives in a ritzy los vegas suburb, or maybe within the city i dont' not remember. We know he is on probation and has to do drug counseling so maybe you could find out the court he went too for his latest drug arrest proceedings, find out where they send their drug offenders for drug school or where their probation officers work which might be close to the court. then you can just stake it out for a while til he comes in
