Where can i obtain a forklift license

I've never heard of a forklift license. Some companies require that you get training in order to be sure you can handle yourself on a lift, but not like some state issued license.

Texas doesn't have any kind of state forklift license, just certifications issued by employers.

Edit: of course I'm assuming that "Houston" category is accurate...
