Where can i order .22 cal rifle brass?

Question

I'm going to be reloading my own bullets and i would like to try and find .22 brass.

yes i do know its going to be more expensive but I have to prove a point to someone.

You used to be able to get primered 22 rounds but they have not been around for a long time

It just isn't financially feasible to reload 22 ammo, yet

u cant reload a rimfire the primer is in the base and its a 1 shot deal.

"Some-one" has proved a point to you.

You cannot hand-load rimfire ammo.

The tools required ar not sold to the public.

The priming is in the rim of the case, and they're not sold to the public.

.22 L.R. takes a 'heeled' bullet the same diameter as the case.

You're gonna reload .22 rimfire???  That's a new one on me.  I suppose you could find the primed brass but I don't have any idea where you're going to get the dyes, shell holder, powder measure, etc.

Man, .22 rimfire ammo is still relatively cheap.  Stock up.

I don't believe you can order it anywhere, I've been reloading since early '70s .22s are not reloadable. unless you are talking about drilling out the  base and using  a centerfire primer, if so, you are building a crazy wildcat not worth the effort

get a box of .22 lr and remove the bullets and the powder.

If it's for a bet mail them to yourself and go with your buddy to pick them up.
