You should try the good old cheesecake shop, they specialise in cheese cakes (duh!) but also have a variety of other yummy cakes, chocolate muds, triflles and anything can be made to order or customized. www.cheesecake.com.au

Ok, another option is a cake shop in Norton St, Leichhardt called Mezapica... I've included their web addy below.  They do magnificent mud cakes & tortes.

I also found "cakes delivered" by doing a google search for cakes/patisserie - sydney
