Where can i publish poetry?

I've been writing poetry for a while but i can't find any publishers that take poetry submissions

can anybody help?

I've been writing and publishing poetry for over 15 years. Most poetry is published by magazines known as "little magazines," "literary magazines," "litmags," or even "zines."

Thousands of these little magazines exist all over the world. There are so many of them, and they are all looking for different things. The trick is to find the ones that are looking for the type of poetry you write.

I recommend an excellent reference book called "Poet's Market," which is updated every year. The new one is usually released every autumn. There's a good chance your local library will have a copy, even if it's an old one. Read through the listings in Poet's Market, and you'll begin to see how legitimate poetry publishing works.
