depends where you live, in TX ,there is a  town called Canton,and is a big fleamarket you will find animals any kind, once i show up there and i see camels for sale i dont remember prices ,but they have it, you will show up to see if you will find what you looking for,.

You can buy them in camel farms. I don't know how much they cost

it does depend on where you live. sometimes you need a liscence of some sort.
