Having rented cars locally, I can tell you that generally, all rental locations roughly charge the same amount, although AVIS was the only to offer unlimited mileage

There may not be any available.  They have had some bad publicity lately because of serious accidents.  However, if you call one of the car rental companies they should be able to tell you if anyone has them.

Budget, AVIS, etc, all have offices and/or desks inside airport terminals (Arrivals lounge) and downtown also, of course!
