Online almost any electronic catalog website, even fingerhut has them. There was one for about $100 in fingerhut catalog and you could have one within a short amount of time. Hope this helps you out.

Depends, do you want one for a hobby, or just to rent for a few days?  Some of those rent all stores have them.  If you want a good one, not those that sell at walmart or Radio Shack, I'd do some research on this site http://www.findmall.com/
