Where can i resize my photo to make it really large so that i can cover up the whole background?

I dont want my background pic to repeat. I want it extra large so that it will take up all the space. I can't find any site except for resize2mail.com. Its still doesn't make it large enough.

if you have an hp, go to the HP photo center...it is installed into your computer, click on the pic you want to resize, click edit along the top, then click resize, and try a larger dimension, if it doesn't work, keep trying until you get the right size.

to get here, click start (lower left corner)

scroll over HP

then click Image Zone.
