most likely at a gardening store for fertilizer. or you can sell it to local farmers. i once knew this chick whose mom owned a ranch. people boarded their horses there, and there was this huge mountain of horse turds out in the back. this farmer dude came out once in a while and would pay her mom to let him take home a bunch of poo in the back of his pickup to use as fertilizer for his crops. we always threw rocks at the turds.
