Where can i sell gold?

i have 2 rings, both were present, i really need the money and if i take them to jewelry store they wont pay me half of what they cost. where can i sell them for at least half the price i got them for?

If you have some really nice pieces of jewelry, then it might be worth shopping around to jewelry stores, but otherwise if its not worth the trouble i'd recommend the gold metal refiners.
