Being a No. Virginia boater you have several options to look at but it all depends upon the boat your selling and its value.

For boats that would have a low resale value (less than 12,000) try Craigs list. We put ours on there and had 11 serious buyers lined up with it being sold to the first one.

For medium resale values there are many used boat sites you can post her on. Do a search for "used boats" and you'd be surprised how many there are.

For the higher end resales (50k plus) you may want to enlist the aid of a broker. You may want to call Hoffmaster's and ask how to get in touch with Tom. They'll be happy to provide you with his number.

For some reason the newspapers aren't that great and they are expensive.

You can also send the info to me and I'll put it out on our club site to see if the members know of anyone who might be interested. Word of mouth is always a great means of advertising. And don't forget to let everyone at the office know about it too.
