Assuming you mean 'Yugioh' cards, then here in Lake Havasu City, you'll be limited to possibly the swap meet that happens here, or either contacting one of the small little specialty shops (two listed in the phone book under Collectibles), and see if they would.

Lake Havasu City is predominantly a retirement town, so there aren't many people here that would fall into the target demographic that Yugioh markets to.
