This is a general question.. I do advice to get residency permit first if you don't have it yet.. Then, apply for a business permit after finding a location.. There's really no specific area where the business can be profitable.. Just make sure that you build it in a place where there's a lot of foot traffic... You can definitely build the bar anywhere as long as it's approved..
