Rowda ya Habibi is on King St in Newtown. Don't think there is one on Oxford St, but might be wrong.

Might need to read through the reviews or talk to the restaurants to see if they do 'hookah' as I don't think it is 'officially supported' since smoking in public places is banned in Australia.

About 10 years ago I went to "Rouda Ya Habibi" on oxford street and smoked a hookah. Not even sure if the restaurant is still there (haven't lived in Sydney for years)
