The best place to go is Discovery Cove in Orlando, FL.  It's a controlled environment and very enjoyable for both people and animals. :D It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it! :)

if you live in s. fla, there are a couple of places in the Fla. Keys, however, it is not for free. Go on line to Fla.com and you'll find them. One is in the lower Keys, Duck Key and is the dolphin research center. prices can start at $65/hr and you need to make a reservation. Any place else, check with your local aquarium if one is near by and see if they offer a program. Done it, an unforgetable experience.
