Where can i take my 2yr old on holiday abroad thats reasonable & got entertainment?

I want to get a cheap deal for 2 weeks abroad in july / august.. any good sites for late deals / lone parents? i preferably would like some where that is cheaper than here for shopping etc / with a pool for the little un / hopefully night entertainment on the complex as walking around at night abroad on my own is a little scary!!...we love shopping and activites so somewhere with plenty to do nearby?
