Where can i try the best alpaca steaks in cusco?

i am travelling to cusco in august and want to try local food

For my money, the best alpaca is served at the Witches Garden in the Plaza San Blas - they do a really nice one served with a white wine and mushroom sauce: absolutely superb! Here's a link with some other ideas for you to try.

Alpaca steaks are great in every restaurant in Cuzco but try La Cicciolina, it's great there. My bet would be once in Cuzco, ask the locals (and some of the tourists) and they'll now best.
